Title Link started because of the owner necessity of understanding the title issuing process and what could happen if it was not done correctly. It has been just over two decades and many ups and down from the marketplace and our title company has slowly been increasing our footprint in the South Florida area.
We treat our clients as our extended family, always our top priority by providing the best customer service possible. We have discovered over the years the importance that attention to detail has in research and title issuing and have developed internal procedures to ensure a great experience to our clients in every closing. Constant training has also become a norm as to keep up with all Federal and State requirements to succeed in title ex-change filing. As well as implementing bleeding technology resources with high security features that are dedicated to providing the best possible safe service to our clients.
Some of our staff has been with us since we started 20 years ago and have passed down knowledge, company culture and our values to all parties involved in the title exchange process.
